What to Expect April 27th – May 10th

41st Avenue:

Entrance #1 is now the main entrance to the shopping centre. Entrance #3 is now CLOSED until further notice.

April 1st – October – Entrance #5 will be CLOSED due to utility upgrade work along 41st Avenue.

45th Avenue:

All entrances OPEN.


Entrance #7b to Parking Level 1 (P1) will be CLOSED until November. Customers can use Entrance #7a to access the parking areas and EV chargers. Exit #7c to Cambie Street will remain OPEN.

Parking Closures:

The west side of the North Tower parking is CLOSED on all levels P1, P2, P3, P4, and Rooftop. Entrances to the shopping centre off W. 41st are OPEN (please see maps).

An area in front of the Vancouver Public Library has now been CLOSED off to be used as a construction staging area (please see map).

Please Be Advised:

41st Avenue and Cambie corridors: Due to civil upgrades, please watch your speed as there are many workers near the roadways. This work is expected to finish in November.

The Cambie Street entrance, stairs and ramp to the Food Court are now closed as we build a new entrance to the shopping centre. We expect to re-open the doors Fall 2019. For accessibility, please reroute through White Spot entrance/Canada Line Plaza to access Cambie Street.

The underpass to exit to westbound on 41st is now permanently CLOSED to allow for utility upgrades. Cars wanting to travel westbound on 41st Avenue should use Exit #8 or Exit #12 onto northbound Cambie Street.

Look Ahead:

Entrances #11 and #12 to Oakridge Centre off 45th Avenue will be closed starting mid-June for a 6-week period.

New street light with westbound access to 41st Avenue will be coming in October 2019.
